Please review the terms that guide your experience with Jazzy Bling by Chel’le. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies, responsibilities, and expectations for all purchases made through Jazzy Bling by Chel’le. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Information
Jazzy Bling by Chel’le provides luxury gift baskets, memorial lanterns, curated items, and custom gifting services. All products are created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Availability, pricing, and product offerings are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at checkout for ready-made baskets. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before design and sourcing begin. Final payment must be completed prior to delivery, pickup, or shipping. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and approved digital payment options.

Custom Orders
Custom baskets are uniquely designed based on customer preferences. By submitting a custom order request, you acknowledge that a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process, custom orders cannot be changed once materials have been purchased, and all custom orders are final sale. Design variations may occur due to item availability; however, overall value and aesthetic will always be maintained.

Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the order type. Ready-made baskets typically process within 4–7 business days. Custom baskets typically process within 7–10 business days and may take longer if items need to be ordered. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Once shipped, Jazzy Bling by Chel’le is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery & Pickup
Local delivery is available in Tallahassee, Florida, and surrounding areas for an additional fee. Pickup is available by appointment only. Customers are responsible for retrieving their orders at the scheduled time.

Product Substitutions
To ensure quality and timely delivery, substitutions may be made when necessary. Any substitutions will match or exceed the value and aesthetic of the original item.

Safety & Use of Products
Some baskets may include candles, spa items, or edible products. Customers are responsible for reading all product labels, warnings, and instructions. Jazzy Bling by Chel’le is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or improper handling of products.

Photos & Marketing
Jazzy Bling by Chel’le may photograph custom orders for marketing purposes. If your order includes personal items or sensitive content and you prefer it not be photographed, please notify us at the time of ordering.

Agreement
By placing an order with Jazzy Bling by Chel’le, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
